Released in 1998 together with "As i leave you" on the Ecolordo label.(Elswhere in this import section)
Both cd's have the same show.
This one however runs at the right speed.
Both have the same video source:The CBS tapes.
That's why "Can't help falling in love" is spliced in the middle and not complete.
Sound is like a 3th generation soundboard, not bad at all,but mike problems are heard in the first show part, while Charlis mike is too loud in the mix..
It must be said...this is not a very good show,Elvis is in a slow unhealthy mood.
The show "really" starts halfway, before that he is going through the motions.
Highlights are "How great thou art" and "it's now or never".
Before "Hurt" he says "I need all the help i can get on this"...
It speaks volumes...

Viewing this show is a slightly better expierience then listening to it..
Wonder if there is an AR of this...and how that could sound.

This cd is one to fill the gap in the collection, nothing more, nothing less.
It's still part of history tough...and almost a proof that august 16 was no accident..
