With the bootleggers and FTD still releasing so much "unreleased" material. There must be an end to it all at some point. How close do you think we have come ?
FTD have already claimed on occasions that the the label only has enough material to last a few years. D'ya think that there is much left ? I know there is still much we want to hear. Audience recordings that blow your socks off. Is it really likely that any of these will surface as Soundboards ?? Thoughts ? -------------------- Regards Shaun

Not sure how much unreleased stuff there is left but im sure we will know when they reach the bottom of the barrel on that score (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/confused.gif) .
When it come's to making us part with our ££$$, there's still a lot to be remastered or restored and by the time that's done, well im sure there be something new, im not complaining spending money on Elvis makes me smile (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) -------------------- Out there in the dark , there's a beckoning candle

I think we have enough to keep us going for a while yet. Whether that be by remastering much of the back catalogue...or with unreleased material.....i can't see an end anytime soon. But it will come....thats for sure.. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

The end will come that's for sure. But as Chris is still think there is enugh material to keep going a while longer. Even when FTD close, there will more than likely be new discoveries.
Perhaps MGM should start i similar process. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/wiggle.gif) (I know, im dreaming.) -------------------- The outer limit of your potential is determined solely by your own beliefs and your own confidence in what you think is possible |

I dont think it will ever end to be honest,by this i mean the concerts etc and studio will run out,but they will always be remarketed,as technology improves,i can see audience recordings being restored to fantastic quality in the future, the mind boggles,i mean, look computers now to windows 98,so you can imagine windows 2220,and the programmes for restoring audio will be incredible, hope i am around to hear!!!

Talking about unreleased studio recordings the end is not that far away I'm affraid. Some of the sessions have already been drained for every single alternate take. Some session tapes are still missing and though it's not very likely there's always a chance that they will turn up. On the live front though I'm sure there's material for many years to come...

I think that there is still loads to look forward to over the coming years. From what I have read ,there are hundreds of soundboards sitting in the vaults waiting to be listened to, and the odd surprise !. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/clap.gif)

Surely there is enough Live material to last an age. But what the quality would be, i am unsure. Unless they release all they have in the vaults at BMG. Likely ? Doubt it (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
