Brian,
i've read somewhere that you said Sony are releasing two Elvis albums this year. Do you know if 1 is a duets album? This is being discussed in FECC. Presumably, Sony will release a single around Elvis' death which should garner lots of media interest and help increase his singles' tally. Also, hopefully both albums will reach No. 1, putting him on 13, overtaking Madonna. |

I hope they wont come out the duets album, i hate fake albums like this, and if they do i dont think it wont sale, but that my opion..

I know theres some people out there like stuff like this, but i dont, if they want to do a dute album then they need take songs with real people recorded with him like "Nancy Sinatra' Frank Sinatra stuff like that..

I still believe with the right artists and careful song choice, a few early hits for the fans and a few rarer tracks [thats why ALLC did so well, it was new to the masses] that could surprise the public and chart a hit, it could be a great project. Just do it the once, but do it right ! no cutting corners !!!!!!!!!

Hi Gary, The proposed 'Duets' album will not get a 2012 release as it takes a lot of time to organise all the artists etc., but I'm convinced it will happen - more than likely in 2013. Brian |
