No wonder it didn't take Elvis long to chase after that. Was she fine or what? (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/whistling.gif) (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/whistling.gif)

I did hear that but Iv'e no idea if that was true... I recall hearing it on BTI dvds. Pretty sure is was false, that he did not have bone cancer. Didn't one of his security men 'Dicke Grobe" write in his book that Elvis did have bone cancer and swore on everything that it was true then later admitted it wasn't. Tell you what, she did have a killer body in her day. Given that Elvis dated stunning looking women, she might have at first glance, seem a little ordinary looking, which was not the case! |

I've Always admired Kathy, I actually adore, just by her appearance, I felt like she was a simple down to earth kind of hot girl next door kinda gal lol, I can't say she was bad looking at all! She was very beautiful! Well, yeah, for sure she was beautiful in "her day", atleast she grew old gracefully without looking plastic like Linda Thompson.....Oh wow! I would love to get my hands on her book, I bet that's going to be a very good read and lol, I always felt like there was some connection between them! They actually make a pretty decent couple...I don't think their affair was publicisized very much....Bone cancer? I think I had a wiff of that, but never really read in to it, but if Elvis did have bone cancer, wouldn't that show up in the autopsy?

Kathy also said this about Elvis having bone cancer on the Larry King show last year I think it was. Joe E was on there also and said it wasn't true that Elvis just said alot of things that wasn't true!?! I guess he meant he lied alot!! So much for a best friend!!!
I found the following site one day but haven't had a chance to read all of it...but it does mention that a few others knew about the cancer. Have no idea what all it says or if it's true...but it would explain alot if the cancer story is true... The original autopsy was sealed at the request of Vernon for 50 yrs...so we only have till 2027 for it to be released to the public...at least this is one story...others say this secret autopsy doesn't exsist...we only have 19 yrs to know for sure!! www.elvislightedcandle.org/theman/what_happened.html -------------------- Friends Because Of Elvis, Marshie/tcbndixie ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The vision, the myth, the legend...was really just a man...blessed, respected and loved! Kathy and Elvis briefly dated in '70 or '71 and she indeed was a great looking lady back then.

Now, I for one don't condone infidelity, but I can understand Elvis not being able to stay a one woman type of guy, especially in his position. Elvis was juggling a lot of women around during this time. He was also seeing Joyce Bova, Barbara Leigh, Cybill Shepherd as well, plus god knows who else, that dirty dog!
