Another hard to find set. I bought this in Blackpool....back when there were VERY few CD's around in the shops. And yes, still have it to this day...along with volume 2 (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/cheers.gif) 32fimlhits1_1_.jpg ( 18.04K ) Number of downloads: 2 32fimlhits1_cd_1_.jpg ( 10.53K ) Number of downloads: 2 -------------------- |

Very nice Chris! I have the two double LP's, but I didn't even know they had been released on CD. Thanks for showing them. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif)

This Double CD was also released on album in a metal film cannister. The set also included "Always On My Mind" on a 12"single. I bought it for my Dad years ago, probably is a very item now.

That's the one!!
Cost me a few quid when it originally came out, so who knows what's it worth now. Sorry Andy, it's 12"albums & 12"single - Not CD Keep Rockin' (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/00000407.gif) Mark -------------------- Keep Rockin' My Friends ......

I didn't buy this one when it came out, because I had just bought the two double LP's... Now I wish I had - it's a nice set.

volume 1 was released on 2 LP & CD in 1984;
volume 2 was released on 2 LP & CD in 1985; around 1986/87 both LP's were released as 64 movie hits packaged in a movie tin. colonel snow -------------------- |

You are right Colonel, this LP does not exist on CD.
Only the LP/CD Club Edition ELVIS IN HOLLYWOOD 20 Hits does exist on RCA CD. With the identical Cover as the LP. -------------------- The Lady Loves Me And Of Course She Knows It Yet!

from the release " Elvis in Hollywood " are different releases available besides the RCA release as licensed to other companies:
Everest records (UK) / Tee Vee records (canada) and perhaps there are more but it's not interesting for me how many versions are released because it's all the same tracklist. it is for the general public and not for the collector. colonel snow -------------------- |
