I'm not able to compare because I don't have this CD but when I look to the tracklist I can assure you that all was taken from a 3 LP set Between takes (released in 1989 - label Creative radio shows) with march/april 1972 dialogue.
later on the 3 Lp set is released as separete single Lp's with different covers.

the dialogue was later on released on several import CD's.
in my opinion you don't have to run for this kind of releases because it contains no music.
only for the completists necessart.
