According to a topic on the FECC forum an acetate with "Just let me make believe a while" is circulating for sale.
It's a Roy Orbison song written by Robert Blackwell in the mid-sixties. The demo version was never recorded by Elvis.

Everybody's got a baby but me

Elvis got a demo version and he wanted to include it in the movie Loving you. But since Paramount had already lined up the songs they would not allow him to sing the song in the movie. Elvis gave the demo to Warren Miller who recorded the song in 1958 (United artists 104) and took the composer's credits for it.

I have no more information about the song. I don't believe it has anything to do with the song "I tell the sea" by Tom Jones.

The song was written by Kent & Warren.

Playing with fire

The song was written by Wise & Weisman.

The song was selected for recording for the Blue Hawaii movie (see script + detail); there is no evidence that Elvis recorded the song.
However the song was recorded in 1964 by Terry Stafford (Crusader C105).
