Week picture # 28 "July 4th - 2008" |

This weeks picture is again a picture I have no infos to, so credit can not be given (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/black_eye.gif)
My guess is that it is from June - July 1969. So this photo was taken right before our man took a trip to the desert, and made a comeback that still rocks the world. This might be the happiest time in Elvis life, Elvis was on the top of the world. Enjoy it, and have a hot summer weekend, oh..... Great shot Kenny !! I would date this pic as being late '68 outside his Beverly Hills home instead of it being '69.

I am almost 100% sure it is from the summer of 1969 Stefan, and it is at the gates of Greaceland (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Stefan,
Look at the changes in Elvis face. In the late part of 68 Elvis looked so young, he started to look much more mature only a few months after the dec 68 pictures, so I think it is safe to say that this week picture is from 1969, look at the june 1969 picture, the same necklaces as in the week picture.

This weeks picture is probably from the same night as this one, when he was in graceland before going to LA for rehaersing for the Vegas engagement.

I'm still not convinced the picture is from '69. His hairstyle looks more like it did in late '68. When you look at the '69 pictures you notice that he's having his 'Change Of Habit' hair.
