I like this show (and not for it's sound). The "request box" was a great thing, one that he should have used far more often. I'm glad he did Green Green Grass Of Home one more time, and in time I have come to the conclussion I like this one even better than the March 22nd MS one. (I love the ad-lib: "...fell out / stepped down the train"...)
Although the season was cancelled the next night, except for the short showtime I can't hear anything that indicated as such. it must have been a shocj to the fans -------------------- "How do I get placed in situations like this? Ah hell, I guess it's all part of showbusiness "~ Elvis in his limo on his way to perform in Omaha, NE on June 19th 1977

the CD was released in 1992 shortly after the first release of this show called:
Elvis by special request (label Live Archives 1013) in better quality some tracks were previously released on LP: Vegas years (1978) and other LP's around 1980. the highlights of the show were available on CD Requestbox (1990 - Bilko 1594). colonel snow -------------------- |

Elvis introduced Neil Sedaka during the show.

That is a really neat and "different" set list. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/00000407.gif)
You know, I've read a bunch of stuff about Elvis' "later" shows, but I thought Elvis was performing very well in 1975. From the releases I've heard, his voice was strong and he seemed like he was having fun again.
