It's only his 3rd show that season and he is in a good mood and voice. Bride Over Troubled Water is started 4 times [reminding a bit of the Portland November 11th 1970 version]. Funny How Time Slips Away is done for only the 2nd and last time in 1973 here and Faded Love is done for the last time live ever. -------------------- "How do I get placed in situations like this? Funny How Time Slips Away is not mentioned on the cover. So, do you have a source for your reply ? -------------------- "How do I get placed in situations like this? the concert I have with the date 3108-73 M/s has the next track list:
See see rider - I got a woman/Amen - Love me - Release me - Fever - You gave me a mountain - Rock medley - Teddy bear/Don't be cruel - Bridge over troubled water - Suspicious minds - Introductions - Love me tender - How great thou art - Heartbreak hotel - The first time I ever saw your face - Mystery train/Tiger man - An American Trilogy - Funny how time slips away - Johnny B. Goode - Can't help fallin' in love I have compared now the track list with concert - information sites and they have another ending. I never got attention on this but Johnny B. Goode at the ending wasn't done before oct. 1974. perhaps some one in the past added this strange ending on the tape to make a complete concert. I'll figure it out soon. colonel snow -------------------- |

on a collector's site I found the answer>>
the collector has the same tracklist but he mentioned that Funny how time slips away - Johhny B. Goode - Can't help falling in love come from an unknown source. when I got the tape in the early 80's I never discovered that until now with the discussion about Funny how time slips away. I worked it out in my files. thanks to stefan. colonel snow -------------------- |

Don't thank me, but thank the makers of this cd for putting out the right concert
sadly cut and paste jobs are not uncommon practice. -------------------- "How do I get placed in situations like this? Ah hell, I guess it's all part of showbusiness "~ Elvis in his limo on his way to perform in Omaha, NE on June 19th 1977
