Camera and Microphone Rehearsal
March 30, 1972
Sound: Studio/Rehearsal

Set List:

01 Burning love
02 For the good times
03 The first time ever I saw your face
04 A big hunk of love
05 See see rider
06 For the good times
07 You better run
08 Lead me , guide me
09 Sweet sweet spirit
10 Turn your eyes upon Jesus

I was suprised by the good sound when i first got this release. I wish the track list would have been bigger, Elvis was gold on his studio recordings in 1972.

I just love these Rehearsals, the sunset FTD is not enough. I hope there is much more of the 72 studio stuff around the corner.

more of the 30-31 march 1972 rehearsel can be find on:

Lost on Tour (1989 - Bilko 1589)
Lost on Tour the sequel (1989 - Bilko 1593)
Complete On Tour sessions vol. 1-2-3 ( 1990 - Vicky records 211-212-231)

these 5 CD's are released on LP too at the same time where as the LP Complete On Tour sessions vol. 1 differs a little bit from CD;

3 LP set Between takes (1989 - Creative Radio shows); later on released as 3 single LP's.
a few years ago these 3 LP's are released on Cd in an edited form.

a very small portion of the 30-31 march 1972 is rehearsel is unreleased;

the 5 april 1972 is unreleased for a greater portion:
some tracks like For the good times - I'll remember you - Until it's time for you to go etc from this date are available as segments only.

complete we got of this date: You gave a mountain (molehill version) - I can't stop loving you (however no false starts and incomplet takes) - An America Trilogy

perhaps we can get more of the 5 april 1972 rehearsel in future;

track 10 is wrong listed; it is an incomplete medley and starts with a few lines of the song: Must Jesus bear the cross alone and continues with Turn your eyes upon Jesus. The song Nearer my God to thee of the medley is missing.
