I'm bad at songtitles (except when it is Elvis related (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/LSHIC.gif) ), but John Lennon did a Christmas song I very much like !

I voted for Paul McCartney. At least they were sensible songs and not just repeating the same line for 5 minutes.

Enjoy some of Chris Rea's and most of Queens music, so from the list i'd have to go for them i suppose. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
Not really into Christmas records. Likes Wham's Last Christmas, so that one springs to mind (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif) -------------------- Regards Shaun

To be honest, I basically never listen to any other artists Christmas songs (yup... except Elvis'), unless I'm
somewhere where a radio happens to be on, and there comes something... But actually, today when I was at work, one of Queens Christmas songs came from the radio, and I quite liked it. I have no idea what's the title of the song, nor I remember the lyrics... I just remember that I liked it... if that makes any sense... It was very hard to choose between Dean Martin and Mud in that poll. I like "Lonnely This Christmas" so much that my vote had to go to Mud. However, I'm a big fan of Dean Martin, so the album "Christmas With Dino" has been on my player a lot through december.
Like I've mentioned in another thread, I'm a sucker for Christmas music, so my collection of Christmas albums grows for every year. Besides the two mentioned above, some of my favourite artists singing Yule-tide music are Jim Reeves, Johnny Cash, Chris Isaak, Shakin' Stevens, Kenny Rogers, Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra. They have all done entire albums, but there are also those who've done just a single song or two - like Bill Haley, P.J. Proby, Chuck Berry, U2, Bruce Springsteen etc. etc. So much music that it's hard to play it all during just one month... This years big surprise for me has been Orion's album "A Christmas Filled With Love". Though it's from '97 I hadn't heard it before. It's great and I've heard it a lot this past month. A song like "Christmas Memory" makes you go "If only Elvis had...."
