Although i really like everything that has been released by Madsion so far, they haven't topped Fort Baxter yet with all the soundboard shows they released and the Profile sets, but give Madison time and i think they will be right up there with FB. But right now FB is the best!

My vote goes to Bilko......Although I only have them on MP3, the "There's Always Me" CD's are amongst the very best, IMO..... (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

I still say it's Madison.

Yes, Fort Baxter has released more than Madison, but we must not forget that Baxter in it's days had first choice so to speak and could also release to a wider audience as Fan Clubs openly sold their cd's.

I think that with the things Madison released so far they win in all categories:

- packaging
- sound
- diversity (not only soundboards)

I believe that people tend to say Fort Baxter is the best beacuse they were the first and therefore has a special place in their heart. they grew up with them so to speak.

I don't have enough boots to vote on this one.

Most of the ones I have are Bilko.And the
ones I have a very good quality.

Wish I could join in more with this thread.

Fort Baxter by a mile for me. Just look at what they released. Madison are still a long way behind, although the ones i do have are awesome. Fort Baxter, with their There's Always me releases, the boxsets and several awesome shows can't be beaten just yet (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Fort Baxter gets my vote, not because they have released most boots, but because they have released some of my favorite bootlegs, and set the standard on how a grate boot company should be.

It's a tough to choose between Bilko and Fort Baxter, but I voted Fort Baxter. I like the albums so far.

As Far as AR's go I think the best label is the Czech Memory Records, despite a few flops.
SR and Straight Arrow are doing very well right now though.

As far as SB's are concerned, no one IMO has topped Fort Baxter who have released some of the best shows in best sound. Madison are doing very well at the moment and who know FB Junior might give us some surprises.

I voted FB as they released my fav boots.

the best boot company is RCA-BMG using:
LP Good rockin' tonight >> for the sun outtakes;
LP or other import for " When the snow is on the roses ";
using 45 rpm and others when they release the complete 50's masters when the tapes were missing;
78 rpm from Sun when they release " Elvis at Sun";
and this list is not complete.

I love the DAE releases, they come in great digi packs, not to mention their releases so far have been pretty good recordings. After that though, I would have to go with either Fort Baxter or the Memory label. God knows Memory has released a hell alot more than what Fort Baxter has. If I'm not mistaken Fort Baxter has only released live recordings where as the Memory label has released both live and studio releases which I think is somewhat better than just keeping with live material.

I'll say Madison.

I don't actually have too many bootleg cd's overall, but I do have quite a few Madison's cd's,
and I've always liked them. It seems that their releases are always first class. Great material
with good sound, and STUNNING artwork. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif)

Madison is definitley releasing top notch material here latley.

Another label i think, may not be very well popular, but have released some good cds is Memory Records. They have a good mix of cds released, with movie materil, and concerts!

I like Memory a lot ... especially their top-notch audience recordings. Something Old, Something New (January 26th 1974 OS) is still one of my favorites from them.
