i've two do this every now and then.
when i play my Elvis music i liesten with my headphones on then you hear all kind of strange things in these recordings. and in some of the studio recording with you here someone talking or something like that i think the place is hunted. I guess its time to call the ghost hunters to check that studio out. |

Will be listening for some of these now...great info for anoraks like me...lol
I Feel So Bad has a good one......During Boots Randolph's sax solo Elvis walked over to him to cheer him on ... the sax moved into Elvis' mic and so on the master moves from the left channel to centre...apparently this happened on both takes and no one noticed..... -------------------- Jean

This is a great topic and I can't wait to listen for these!
I remember the first time I heard the chatter on Mary In The Morning...I was pissed...I wanted to write RCA and complain! On the 30 #1's disc you can hear Elvis start to come in early during the last verse of Way Down, but he stops. I hadn't heard that before this release. -------------------- Lady from Elvis In Concert:

QUOTE I remember the first time I heard the chatter on Mary In The Morning First time i heard it (through headphones it's even more notable) it freaked me out..it's spooky.. But we still wonder...: WHAT is it, HOW comes it there and HOW come no one ever noticed it when producing/overdubbing the take. And why, with several remasterd versions over the years it's still there... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/undecided.gif) -------------------- |

Love that song, and love hearing his mistakes; it makes what he does so much more personable. He wasn't a robot, he wasn't perfect, and it's nice to be reminded of that. It's humbling (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) -------------------- |

The noise at the end of I Can Help sounds a bit like Elvis going `hoo...hah' in a karate movement, if that makes sense
