I read on the Tcb World forum that Harry Chavez has passed away...on December 2010...i didn't know the guy but i knew his artworks he had an amazing talent to bring black and white photos into life by giving them colour....He has posted a lot of his works on a lot of Elvis forums such as this one...May he rest in Peace...
