The Wonder Of You (Alt. live version from 18 february 1970 Dinner Show)
I´m Leavin´ Burning Love Always On My Mind (Alt. take 2) I Just Cant Help Believin' (Alt. live version from August 10, 1970) You Dont Have To Say You Love Me There Goes My Everything (Take 1) Rags To Riches (Take 3) Until Its Time For You To Go Kentucky Rain (Take 9) I've lost you (Studio master) American Trilogy (Aloha version) Promised Land My Boy (Undubbed) Way Down Hurt Moody Blue ___________________________________________ This is one for nostalgia lovers. This album i've played more then any other at the time,so the outcome on cd is more then welcome. It's a compilation, yes, and one we can make ourselfs with a cdr burner. But to hold it in hands,on a pressed cd,revamped with aditional bonus tracks and pics..well,it brings back memories. The only "downside" is that the bonustracks are in between the regular version, they should come after the original tracklist. Besides that,it's an awesome 70's compilation. The quality and artwork are fine, and once again the importguys came with a product BMG or RCA should have done in the first place. And one thing must be said...this is a pressed cd in a limited run of 500.. Nostalgia freaks(like i) should search this one out. Cause these are indeed THE hits of the 70's!!

Meanwhile we know that the single version of The wonder of you and the whole army of records afterwards was recorded 18-02-70 Dinner; in the past it was always mentioned as midnight.
It is not an alternate master but the Master The version on 30 # 1 hits / FTD Polk salad Annie is from the midnight show. colonel snow -------------------- |

If the track is taken from the original LP it is the undubbed mono single version. colonel snow -------------------- |

I like this one also...shame it was never done officially. Would have made for an excellent FTD in my opinion. Same idea....with lots of alternates (IMG:style_emoticons/default/notworthy.gif)

I never expect a FTD release as it was an European release at first.

I'm leavin' If the track is taken from the original LP it is the undubbed mono single version. colonel snow Just checked the cd version and it's the stereo master, not the mono version as on the lp version. Still, a cute and nice compilation cd in very good sound. One i like a lot. -------------------- |
