Thanks very much colonel snow. I know there were some concerns with the July 20 shows, especially the evening show, with Elvis' stage behavior and manner of talking to backup singers, but overall, this was a really good tour.

That's too bad. Even a reasonable audience recording would be welcome. Ironically, from what I've heard from others, the two shows from Long Island and the three shows from Asheville, while audience recordings, are quite good and enjoyable.

From the Ashville - shows on 22-23-24 july 1975 is reasonable audio circulating on LP/CD and tapes.
Elvis performed "rare" songs like Shake a hand - Memphis Tennessee on 22/7; Turn around and look at me (0:45) - Shake a hand - Promised land on 23/7 and Someting - Return to sender - Wooden heart - Shake a hand - Pieces of my life on 24/7.

Thanks so much colonel snow for those pics from the July 19, 1975 show in Uniondale, New York. I remember that show so well. Elvis gave us an incredible show that summer afternoon. T
he moment captured in the pics you've posted was a sweet moment. While throughout his life and career Elvis was very guarded, yet in that moment I think he let us see his true inner self. Thanks for sharing them and allowing me the opportunity to recall a great moment.

Thanks for this "new" picture (to my eyes), from the July 20, 1975 afternoon concert from Norfolk, Virginia. A good tour for the most part. Although the evening concert would produce some awkward and even dramatic moments due to some unkind and insensitive comments made by Elvis.

Actually this is from 1976, as Elvis first wore this jumpsuit on March 21, 1976 afternoon show in Cincinnati, Ohio. The way Elvis' hair is cut, this could be from the April 1976 tour, possibly San Diego on April 24, possibly the Long Beach, California show from April 25, evening performance.
