I e-mailed Scott Williams at EPE yesterday and told him about the Concert at the 02 Arena. I included the video of the crowd during the interval. I told him that this Concert is too good to stop and he replied as follows:
"Thanks Brian – all I am hearing is amazing! That video is really great to see. I have shared your email with the whole EPE leadership team. Much thanks. SW" Let's hope they agree and it comes back soon!!! Brian (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif) |

Same here in Dublin in excess of 8,000 Elvis fans at our 02, at a guess. Wonderful and memorable night.

I was at the O2 Arena, London on Sunday night.
An awesome show, and a fantastic crowd. Bumped in to Kev and Rae, awesome to see them both. The sound and video was good, Aloha did seem like it had been enhanced again. The intro has been changed from 2001 to the intros used in Elvis On Tour, incorporating a "Google Earth" type intro. Also using an obvious Elvis double to makr it look like Elvis was arriving on stage, very well put together though. The merchandise was expensive; £10 a programme, £20 per tee-shirt, £25 for the baseball cap and £15 for an Elvis mug. The most expensive was the tour jacket for a tidy sum of £150. The FTD's of "The Wonder Of You" and "The Impossible Dream" were on sale for a modest £15. Hopefully the concerts will continue. It did seem at times that the band were kind of going through the motions, but I wouldn't have missed it. Another awesome night ....
