Hi Stefan,
this is really a very strange CD release.
I had it in the past. Don't know the running time, but I think 30% of the Tracks were Soundtracks from EOT + TTWII + the others are normal Studiotracks with added fake audience overdubbings

Not worth to have it in the collection. Nothing special incl.

Didn't heard about it till I saw it on a list today. The info I want is only for completenes as I don't want to have it near my collection. I won't be able to tell those things myself

I understand Stefan ;-)
Maybe someone who has it in his collection can bring some light in this case.

This CD exist with 2 diff Covers. See at www.elvisoncd.com under the Import List Link, than from A-Z look at The alternate Recordings.

There you can see both Covers + Backinlays + Label Scans.

Though no mention about the runningtime.

Thnx Andy, eventually I will also have all the different covers up for all releases. Do you happen to know if the January 12th 1973 recordings were taken from RCA's The Alternate Aloha cd or from a soundboard??

Posted by: andy_m Nov 20 2005, 07:56 AM

There are taken from the RCA CD. Nothing new.

That's correct Einar ... a pure ripoff release from the good old days

the alternates were taken from LP/CD's that were available at the time; the CD contains no unreleased items and like the other collector's did I throw it out my collection because it was bad sound and fake.
