It was pressed and Made in 1996 and its a real beauty.

I also have never seen this one before. It looks fantastic in this special DIN A5 presentation Box. The 2 times foldout Digipack with the very nice pictures is also very cool. The strange thing is the CD Title part of the Cover and the tracklisting is the same as on the German ZOUNDS Its Now Or Never CD. The sound is incredible (IMG:style_emoticons/default/notworthy.gif) And with the GOLD plate its quite heavy. Unfortunately I do not know the whole story re: this special pure heavy GOLD CD. The Tracklisting and the songs are the same with the ZOUNDS GOLD Elvis CD IT's NOW OR NEVER!! Cat. Nr.: CD 27220017 D BMG Ariola Special Projects 1996 !! Made in the EC. The sound btw is fantastic (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif) Why do they have made this expensive special extra GOLD CD? That is the question. And for whom they have made it? How many were pressed? I do not know. There is already a Golden CD. BMG Ariola Special Projects!! Here is the normal Gold CD for example! I've never seen this special CD; I think it's gold plated because all the tracks were gold records. When the CD 50 Worldwide Gold hits was released in 1988 it was gold painted like the Moody blue CD was painted blue. I've no idea if RCA did this colours to pressings of other years.
