Elvis-TheKingsCourt _ For LP Fans Only _ From what country is this release ?

I have an EP from 1996 and I'm not sure from what country this one is.
On the label and on the cover it reads Made in the EC.
On the label is also LC0316 and BIEM/GEMA what indicates it's a German pressing,
but it may be from the UK.
Can someone give me an answer ?

perhaps the matrix in the lead out groove can give the answer?

what is the matrix number in the lead out groove on both sides?

I'm afraid that the matrix number is the same as the catalogue number? I don't have more information about the source of this record. I think that it was pressed in Austria for the whole European market.

Is there any information about the pressing plants of RCA-BMG in Europe and the distribution ?
The early German pressings were manufactured by Teldec in Nortorf Germany.
