Why did they add tracks from Flaming star??.
The Kid Galahad tracks are in mono; the master take of Riding the rainbow is spliced from track MX4
take 7 with the last bars of track M4 take 9.
On the CD take 9 breaks abrupt.

The other takes can be found on CD Kid Galahad sessions (1993 - CDPE 141)

First released on 3 LP set The complete Kid Galahad sessions vol. 1-2-3 in 1987 (label TCB 3-30-973/

In spite of the name the recordings are not complete (king of the whole wide world M1 take 1 till 15 missing)

There are other releases like Radio Recorders revisted (great sound) but on this Lp is not as much as here.

The takes 1 to 15 of King Of The Whole Wide World weren`t availible at this time.
Therefore it was more or less "complete". They meant with what was availible regarding takes.
These takes first appeared on Today Tomorrow And Forever (takes 1, 2, 3(count in only).
Takes 7, 8 appeared on Time Life series.
All these takes and 13 - 15 we had on FTD...
