"The Sound Of Leadership" (SPD-19) is a set of eight EP's with songs by various RCA artists. It was given to RCA employees who attended a June 1956 convention in Miami.

The EP's came in a gold coloured box, which also included a four-page insert with the same title. The only Elvis track is "Heartbreak Hotel" on the final side 16 that you mention.

It's a very rare and expensive set. In 1997 Jerry Osborne valued the complete set at $1800-2200 and the EP with the Elvis track alone at $300-400.

I already bought it over the weekend. I only paid $1.00! (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) I know, WOW!
It's very clean.
Now, back to the price...I found the Elvis price guide by Jerry Osborne "Presleyanna #2" it says $800.00 for the record alone. ??? (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/confused.gif)
