Memory Records is right up there along side Straight Arrow when it comes to Audience Recordings IMO! They have a great selection of title's from their company..luckily for me, I own close if not all their releases up to date!!

I've finally found another collector who has both Elvis Sessions III and The Concert Years Book 1969-1977 both and is selling them both to me for right around $200.00. Thats not bad compared to the prices I've seen on Elvis Shops on the net.

You probably know this but I bought the 68 Comeback Delux set today.
To my annoyance the price has dropped again.
It was the cheapest when I bought it his morning.

Surprised this morning as I received my 68 Comeback Delux set. Earlier than I thought.
Something to watch over the next few days.

Found this one on ebay.

Weird compilation; i never kwew it was released!!
"Classic love ballads" is a Canadian cd from 1986 is superb sound.
Made in en for that market.
Those 80's Cd's certainly sound awesome!!

It's by the "Quality special products" label ascociated with DINO.

The tittle is wrong chosen, thet could have left the word "Love" of,since a few tracks are not that "love" at all!!
Coverart is so typical eighties and the (small) liner notes indicates wich song comes from what album,a nice touch.
Tracklist is

Can't help falling in love-In the getto-Moody blue-Suspicion-Are you lonsome tonight-The girl of my best friend
Don't-Wooden heart-It's now or never-The wonder of you-There goes my everything-Crying in the chapel
My boy-It's<only love-Don't cry daddy-Hawaiian wedding song-Suspicious minds-My way.

All the songs are released by now,and have been for years in the collection now.
But to me it's a fantastic line up with original songs for a cd from those early cd years.
Does anyone know more of it?
Why RCA gave it out to another label?

I'm in the retro mood lately!! (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/kicking.gif) (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/kicking.gif)

Went to Wal Mart this morning and picked up the Elvis By The Presleys CD, along with the Viva Las Vegas CD, and the Elvis Love CD.

I didn't buy them, but I did "pick each one of them up" (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/woohoo.gif)

I have the original cassette of that cd, i got it in 1985 and it was called "Ballads" and released by Telstar. It was even advertised on television at the time. Has always been a favourite of mine.

Just bought the "Tupelo's Own" DVD without the book at JB Hi-Fi. Great stuff!

Also, I noticed some people are buying the "Man And His Music" magazines. Ebay is a good place to try for the back issues as I picked up the entire set in perfect condition for a really good price a few months ago.

Thank you for the additonal information!!
I remember that one..seen it in the shops at the time, but didn't buy it then, found it an ugly cover then,it turned me off... (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/rubberface.gif)
BTW,is TELSTAR not a Dutch company?
Have other recordings by the label from other artists...
From a Dutch album to a Canadian cd...

On cd it's a real hoot, and sure brings back some memories like the one you described!
Thanks!! (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif)

And Kwimper,
That DVD rocks!!! (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/notworthy2.gif) (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/notworthy2.gif)

Look's like an awesome dvd for sure.

Saw it on Elvis shop Austrailia. A bit pricey, but look's well worth the money.
