The Instrumental Track was recorded on March 7, 1968, at Western Records in Hollywood. Elvis his vocal was added at a later date. The Album had a shorter Instrumental introduction then the film version. This was the only Bonfa composition for Elvis. The first 3 bars (7 seconds) were cut on the LP version of Almost in Love. The Avon CD "Almost in Love" has a mix problem and is not included as source. Almost In Love has and always will be a favourite of mine, it shows just how good a voice Elvis had.
