(IMG:http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y180/imleaving/hurtback.jpg) Hurt Genre: live recording Format: soundboard Sound: below average Tracks: 18 Playing Time: 49:57 Recorded live: Charleston, WV, July 24th 1976 Evening Show ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 01 2001 Theme (1:04) 02 See See Rider (3:26) 03 I Got A Woman (2:48) 04 Amen (4:26) 05 Love Me (2:25) 06 If You Love Me (3:03) 07 You Gave Me A Mountain (3:17) 08 All Shook Up - Teddy Bear / Don't Be Cruel (3:51) 09 And I Love You So[/b/] (3:28) 10 [b]Jailhouse Rock (1:32) 11 Fever (2:08) 12 Love Letters (4:51) 13 School Days (1:00) 14 Hurt (1:54) 15 Hurt (complete reprise) (1:56) 16 Hound Dog (2:07) 17 Funny How Time Slips Away (2:46) 18 Can't Help Falling In Love (3:46) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notes: This marks the 1st release of a concert recorded on the soundboard. The sound is below average, the information on the cover is totally wrong regarding the date/place of the concert [front says: June 28th 1976 Hartfort, while the back says: June 1976 Largo Evening Show] and the concert itself is incomplete. If that's not enough it also seems that this cd suffers from so called "CD rot", which makes it unplayable. This concert is re-released in better sound (still incomplete) on Charleston Rocks (Memory Records / CD MR 2034-2) This post has been edited by stefan: Aug 19 2006, 08:46 PM -------------------- "How do I get placed in situations like this? Not this one,but my original of "Pure stage power" has cd rot.
Tiny pieces of points apear on the cd,the playing is like a very old record, scratchy, and it starts at the last song and goes up in time trough the whole thing, untill it won't read at all. Cd rot s*cks.... -------------------- |

In the song 'Love Letters' Elvis sung the oneliner 'Somewhere over the rainbow'
Greetz, mrsongman -------------------- "There's some girl over there who yelled through the whole song, so honey put some tape over your mouth" # Elvis after singing Blue Christmas (Huntsville ALA Sept. 6th 1976).
