Tonight i decided to give this show a spin on the player along with a Vegas show from '76 stand... about the way Elvis ended the show with an awesome ending to Can't Help Falling In Love Its truly amazingg at this show!!..from the start i was amazed at how good this show actually was..especially for this tour..after coming off 2 shows (knoxville TN and Louisville KY) which were both pretty boring shows to be honest, nothing great at all really...this one really kicks butt..the sounds very good for an audience recording, and Elvis is just really in a singing mood tonight..was awesome hearing Funny How Time Slips Away in '77...and fairytale and My Way both rocked..for 1977, this is an awesome show to listen to(IMG:http://www.tcb-world.com/images/smilies/standard/thumbup.gif)

If you like 1977 show like me, then you will LOVE this one!

It is one of the better ones from '77. Great sound too.. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/notworthy.gif) One i do play often...which is unusual for an Audience recording.

Don't you just love his vocals at the finale of Can't Help Falling In Love Chris..I recall the first time I heard that and it gave me chill bumps..Elvis still had it in 1977 when he wanted to show it!

Admittedly a few shows from 77 were a bit ordinary but it wasn't all gloomy, there is some magical stuff from 77 , he was tired on a lot of shows and probably bored on others but no doubt he still had it in 77, some of my favourite shows are from this period, I know he may not have looked his best but to me he still kicked ass.

He did ( kick arse ) . Sadly not as often as he had in previous years. This is a good example of a good '77 show.

Bruce Springsteen
He was as big as the whole country itself, as big as the whole dream. He just embodied the essence of it and he was in mortal combat with the thing. Nothing will ever take the place of that guy.

Indy 1977 is another example. Have been watching this dvd I recieved recently that has the whole 8mm film of the last show and I am blow away everytime I watch it. Heck I think he performed the best ever version of Bridge Over Troubled Water in 1977 at the Indy concert. I'm a big lover of 1977 so I love the shows..something about them that I'm drawn too. And yes if your curious, I'm a big supporter of a deluxe dvdset of the Elvis In Concert CBS Special! (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/notworthy.gif)

Now that's the spirit buddy (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/cheers.gif)
Eventually when they run out of literally everything..they'll put it out. Because they know it will more than likely make a few bucks. Who know's, could turn out to be a blockbuster hit and be played in local theatre's..Oh wait, I better not go too far.. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/pcwhack.gif)
