I'd like to see what all of your favourite quotes are (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
It can be something somebody said about Elvis, or something he said personally. No song lyrics! Hahaha I really enjoy, "Gotten any strange lately, GK?". I don't know why, but it makes me smile everytime I think of it. --------------------           |

Down in Tupelo, Mississippi, I used to hear Old Arthur Crudup bang his box the way I do now, and I said if I ever get to the place where I could feel all Old Arthur felt, I'd be a music man like nobody ever saw.

At one of the concerts I attended (June 28, 1976), Elvis had the house lights turned on. He walked around and stood alongside where The Stamps, Sweet Inspirations and all were seated. He looked up into the third level which was filled as was the rest of the Spectrum. He said, "Are there people up there?" Everyone cheered. He then said, "How can you see up there?"
Then he added, "If I go bald you'll be the first to notice it." The entire Spectrum crowd laughed at that cute moment. M-M -------------------- "Until we meet you again may God Bless You"
