Same show as A Dinner Date With Elvis
Released coupled with A Bright Midnight With Elvis, this cd also has better sound than the previous release. Very good show! Review -------------------- I'd rather go on hearing your lies....than smell your armpits son

I recently listened to this one and agree that it is a great show (great review btw Gordon). Like all the August ' 70 concerts this one is pure dynamite and very entertaining. Great sound also, like you're in the showroom.

Elvis at the top of the mountain here. Sounding as good as he could, and moving as fast as he would go.
Great set of songs. Some critics have said after the Movie crews left he went down, this CD shows that, that wasn't the case. The intensity was still there. This CD along with it's counterpart "Bright Midnight" gives us that glimpse of performing a two set show in one day and never losing the intesity and power of Elvis and his voice. |
