a 1977 in which we can feel Elvis is losing his breath. Still a pretty good performance of which we don't have the first few tracks.

This is indeed a fairly good show. I don't remember where I read it, but he seems to have sung a complete version of Early Morning Rain during the Band Intro's, just like he did a few times in Dec. '76.
usually I'm not too fond on any version of Fever after '72, but this particular version is very, very good. On the other hand, Blue Suede Shoes is one of the worst versions I've ever heard. -------------------- "How do I get placed in situations like this? All things considered, this was not a "bad" tour for 1977. He seemed to mix the shows up with song selections. What was the reason the tour was suddenly cut short?
