On the present CD 10.15 PM show is from the 13th December, 1975, recorded live in Las Vegas Hilton hotel. It is the first publication of the Fort Baxter Label and one can say that they have selected the best show to themselves to bring to life a new label, but read itself:

The CD begins immediately with See See Rider. Of the show Opener Also Sprach Zarathustra it was not apparently taken up, however, this is not further tragic, because only this powerfully reported version of lake lake Rider allows to forget immediately the listener that the actually Opener is absent. Already the first song is a party for the ears. Further it goes with I Got A Woman / Amen. Nothing special, indeed, nicely reported, but not further worth mentioning. Then follows Love Me. Also again nothing the special. Up to now the show is rather dull, however, this changes with the next song.

Trying To Get To You was are in '74 in the program. Thus not yet as well as some other songs. In this evening it is a nice, powerful version, the tape, the orchestra everything fits perfectly. Elvis walk partly properly the words out what also fits really to the song. It follow And I Love You In such a way. Also again wonderfully reported, with incredibly a lot of feeling. Just perfectly. The more boringly the show seemed to be at the beginning, now the more nicely and more thrilling it is! Elvis sings with steady voice, very with feeling!

After two absolutely perfectly reported songs follows again a small Oldieblock. He begins with All Shook Up. Nothing special, just fast chanted without feeling, only, so that the fans are satisfied. The medley Teddy Bear / Don't Be Cruel follows immediately. Same like with All Shook Up, however, with Don't Be Cruel he talks quite at the end of the song to a few fans.

The tape begins with You Gave Me A Mountain, however, Elvis stops them because he would like to tell something else about his father. Likewise he sings the first line about Welcome To My World. After this short monologue he begins with You Gave Me A Mountain. I probably recur, but what should I do? Once again a very with feeling reported song with a lot of power. One of my favorite versions and they is on no account worse than that of 1972/73.

After these fireworks for the ears follows a wish of Mr. and Mrs. Tompson. Elvis sings Help Me Make It Though The Night for them. Once again the best version of this song which I know! The CD is the money what costs they value, to hundred prozent! Only the front part of the show! A dirty and with a lot of power reported version of the long-runner Polk Salad Annie follows! I have seldom better belonged! Just really!

Elvis is complete from the puff and must catch first air, now thus there come the Intros. Johnny B. Goode plays James and the Joe Guerico Orchestra plays Hail Hail Rock 'n 'Roll. With both songs called last Elvis' song sounds always in such a way as if was Off-Mic. Actually, a pity, it would have become certainly nice, sounding like rock versions. The tape and the orchestra give everything what they have, the whole show is of full power.

Now follows the song from the CD her title has received. Just Pretend has been performed very seldom in 1975 Live On Stage. Therefore, a small jewel! A high-class, soulful version of a song which was, unfortunately, only 1970 regularly in the program. A lot to pity for this magnificent song! There follows another wish, a gospel song: How Great Thou Art. Better than the versions of 1977! But by no means worse than those of 1971/72. A really song!

There follows huge success of 1972: Burning Love. This high-class rock song was in 1975 always sometimes again in the program. Like rock reported, better than 1972. Just really! Elvis is present with grief and soul, it seems to be great fun in him properly. Everything does the utmost, it is simply perfect!

Hound Dog is the next song, again an Oldie. Quick, listlessly, and not further worth mentioning. He does not sing at all properly sonder mumbles properly. He is glad as the song is over.

It follow a wish from the audience, unfortunately, he sings only the first stanza about Welcome To My World. The sadest song which Elvis one day had in the program: Softly As I Leave You. He says at the beginning: " Now this song, Ladies and Gentleman, we would like to do is a .... a song we've been doing a lot here and it's a true story and I like to share the story with you . The song is been around for a long time but there's a story behind it, I like to share with you .... " Then follows the typical text which he tells every time, before he begins with the song.

The next song is America. One of the first versions of this song, because Elvis sang this song primarily in 1976 to celebrate there the 200-th birthday of America! Thus this version is also a small jewel in certain sense.

It further goes with a small Oldiemedley. Elvis sings It´s Now Or Never, his biggest selling record. Ordinarily it is in such a way that Sherill Nielsen O Sole Mio, before Elvis begins It´s Now Or Never, however, in this evening it has turned back. Only Elvis It´s Now Or Never and then He does not sing - Sherill - O Sole Mio. A small sensation! Even if the talk from O Sole Mio not perfect, he has taken great trouble and offered a special version to his fans! Further goes this breathtaking show with Little Darlin'. Nice reported, not like the whole versions of 1976 or 77. With steady voice and good sound! The hammer is the spoken part, one listens a woman shout who apparently is likewise away and.

There follows Little Sister. A song which was not in this time of my knowledge after often in the program. The percussion rolls powerfully during the whole song. Just pleasure purely. Unfortunately, this show comes to an end too early. He closes the show, as well as anyone with Can' t Help Falling in Love. He gives everything over again. A powerful version, not so listlessly chanted how many others. The whole tape and the whole orchestra do the utmost over again properly and at the end Ronnie Tutt falls over again properly on his drums and finishes this miraculous and unique show!

Softly as I leave you and America were released by BMG/RCA as single around 1978;
both tracks can be find on the 8 LP/4 CD set Elvis Aron Presley (1980)

for the completists:
due space limit (74 minutes) the introductions / instrumental solo are edtited from 9:54 to 9:01 on the CD; this first ever released soundboard is highly recommanded.

Is there a mistake in the tracklisting on the cover.....ie on the cd, track 14 is actually 2 tracks?
