Wow! That looks like a great line-up of songs. A number of good "power" songs in the list! As I understand it, the December '76 shows in Las Vegas were pretty good. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/clap.gif)

Memphis-Man, this is indeed a great show. This Vegas season is devided into three parts as far as the show quality goes:

1) December 2nd - 4th ~ Very good and strong shows.
2) December 5th - 8th ~ mediocre to average shows, mostly due to the fact that
Elvis sprained his ankle on the 5th.
3) December 9th -12th ~ Good shows again with the MS on the 11th being a
fantastic one with Elvis in a very playfull and laughing
mood without overdoing it too much. Just genuine
humor and a fantastic show.

Thanks Stefan for the info. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I saw Elvis in 76 and 77 a number of times and I was not disappointed with any of the performances. Admittedly, his show had changed from even the early 70s concerts, but Elvis was still a solid entertainer. While many entertainers cancel shows due to one thing or another, Elvis still went on with the show. It's amazing how committed he was to his fans and the commitments he made. I can't imagine how difficult it must have been for him to be on stage with a sprained ankle. Yet, the fact that he did perform is testimony to his character.

Hopefully FTD will release some of these performance one day. Thanks again for your help. (IMG:http://elvis-tkc.com/forum2/style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif)

In my opinion this is the best concert from this whole engagement. The sound is awesome on it also. Great tracklist, its awesome to hear the spoken version of What Now My Love. Highly recommend this cd!

While introducing Roy Orbison Elvis sung an one liner: It's over (the Roy Orbison - tune).
this is another song than Elvis version with the same title!
