Name the first city outside the United States of America to host an Elvis Presley concert.

That is correct.
Now it is your turn to put up a question.

Where was Elvis performing when he played the piano in public for the first time. He sang you'll never walk alone.

Uniondale, NY (Nassau Coliseum).

But it wasn't the first time he played piano in public. We've got a recording of him doing so in the February 23, 1970 closing show in Vegas and he may well have played it earlier in the season or in 1969, for all we know. He also played it on stage at least a few times in the '50s -- there's a picture of him playing it in Los Angeles in 1957 (the newspaper write-up mentions that, as well) -- and way back in 1955 I believe he played piano on some gospel songs during a show in Texas that turned into a gospel jam.

The last time's easier: June 25, 1977 in Riverfront Coliseum, Cincinnati, OH.
