Mr. Nightrider, is Vol. 1 of The Elvis Files still available??? I was looking on the site, and I only saw The King of Las Vegas, TEF Vol. 2, and TEF Vol. 3.. Also, how do I get my hands on them from here in Canada other than buying through that site?
