TKC reached another milestone this morning...with the 2000th member registering. We would have reached that some time ago...but for doing a couple of clean up's of non-active members. I know we have many that aren't active even now. But i am guessing that is the same with any forum.
Well...2000+ members can't be wrong can they? I know we are quiet sometimes...but we are here to stay....keeping the memory alive..and in my opinion..in the correct manner. Here is to many more to come (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheers.gif) -------------------- |

I've also been watching the number of new members joining...
In the early hours of this morning it was at 1998... So 2 new visitors became members this morning...... making it 2000 I have a question ? for you Chris. If you view the members pages as "20 to each page" 2000 members would be 100 pages. However it shows that 2000 members is on 101 pages, with the 2000th member listed on the 101st page... This means it doesn't COUNT one of the MEMBERS ~ as a Member ! I'm guessing since you are 1st on the 1st page... IT DOESN'T COUNT YOU ? You are at Number #1 by Join Date... and by Number of Posts since joining. (or should I say by Designing and opening the Forum!) Of course I would never suggest that the TKC Forum.... doesn't know how to count........................................ -------------------- |

Chris the president and all time record holder not a member?..
.......not sure Rex - will have to do some research.....but I think when a King was ruling a Kingdom.....and they did a head count to let him know how many people were under his rule.....they didn't count the king..........(IMG:style_emoticons/default/whistling.gif) n.b. technically 2001 members - if you include Elvis (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) -------------------- |

(on YESTERDAY TV Channel "Weekdays" ~ no offence meant to any German Members....) Ah! well......... Elvis never stopped at "2001".... thats when his show started.... So lets get this TKC Show back on the Road.......... -------------------- |

(on YESTERDAY TV Channel "Weekdays" ~ no offence meant to any German Members....) I think both Frank and I could confirm - what with Col. Hogan, Lt Carter and various others always sneaking in and out of camp - it was very difficult for Schultz to get an accurate head count (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Congrats on 2000 or 2001 TKC (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif) -------------------- |

ALL these years and you didn't know you weren't counted... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/busted_cop.gif) ....surely you would have noticed on the first day... when the forum only had to keep track of one of you ? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/oops.gif) Or did you get lost later on... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/LSHIC.gif) Maybe they didn't like you drifting off to set up NIGHTRIDER Unique Designs, and TKC thought you had gone Walkies. But forgot to delete your Box. There is some regular visitors who don't bother posting.
Those are the ones who sneak in and out. Most forums have their regular posters. You get your quiet periods and at Christmas fortnight but this forum keeps going. -------------------- Frank
