Ok...we must have some Football fans on TKC. Come on then...lets have your predictions and personal favourites to win.

England....i really hope they can do it again after all these years....but just can't see it.

Who do i think will win it.....Spain or Portugal (IMG:style_emoticons/default/winking0001.gif)

I just hope Brazil do not win again as I think it's fixed when a team as good as they are cannot beat other teams by goals and not penalties.

Well since Norway isn't qualified (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) , I'll go for Argentina.

Hi
We should easily get to the QF stage then we should be up against Cheating France hopefully we'll get past them then we should meet Brazil in the semi's I can't see us beating Brazil!!
If I was a betting man my money would be on Germany & an outsider bet on USA

After watching England's first game. I don't think England will get to the finals.
3 players could have been sent off on both sides.
The England players did not seem interested in playing.
Why can't England teams beat any country with no problem?
I think last night's game was fixed for a draw because of the political bond between USA and the UK.

Even in these days of strange going's on Frank...i don't believe that they would fix the score. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

The USA team were thrilled with a draw against the English...who in truth under-performed. But...it is early days. They need to feed Rooney more in my opinion. Lennon...especially was guilty of making the wrong passes on a couple of occasions. One time Rooney would have been clear through on goal.

They all say that Heskey was great....for me he was frustrating. Kept getting caught offside and ran out of steam after about 50 mins.

Gerrard was excellent...Lampard well below par. They need to improve thats for sure.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/undecided.gif)

I don't think England performed to badly for their first game.I think most teams will be a little cautious on the first couple of games.

Why do England keep changing managers, when most of them always pick the same players.Does not seem to be many great quality English players about like they use to be.Crouch and Heskey would have never got in the team years ago

Another wasted evening watching England draw with Algeria.
England won't win the World Cup playing like they have done.
Rooney isn't keeping the ball when he gets the chance.
England had better wins before but why can't they win now?

we love our (IMG:http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f137/bellaselena/th_eating-spaghettis-18.gif) spagetts....amd were defending world Cup champs..(IMG:http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f137/bellaselena/th_number-one-043.gif) ///hmmm but i dont think we will repeat ..i wouldint be surprised if we reach the semifinals...italy is that type of team we start off slow then improve as tournament moves on.. repeating is very difficult thingy to do.. as long as we do well..we got 7 new players on that werent there in 2006..plus with pirlo injured .. our goal keeper buffon injured gone... its very tough.....my pick to win the cup is ARGENTINA THEY WILL BE CHAMPS(IMG:http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f137/bellaselena/th_cup-006.gif) ...STILL VIVA ITALIA FORZA AZURRI (IMG:style_emoticons/default/notworthy.gif)

The whole team didn't even get going. No-one was any better than anyone else. The only decent performer on the night was David James (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

Frank Lampard was horrendous...Gerrard, Cole , Johnson , Terry, Lennon, Heskey, and Rooney little better. Barry and Carragher did ok i thought....but nothing "special". The whole team need one hefty boot up the backside.

But...we must still get behind the team. They can still qualify...and who knows what one win can do to boost confidence and morale.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/undecided.gif)

I maybe being a bit to prature here but i think fabio should go...he should play the guys in there right positions even if it means chopping and changing, why is it that the fans seem to know better than the managers!
