the CD is released in 1998:

the first tracks are taken from the LP: Elvis is alive and well singing in Las Vegas from 1975 and the tracks 21/32 from the LP: Season's greetings (a 10 inch LP from 1979: label EPC-2)

the LP Elvis is alive and well singing in Las Vegas can also be found on side 3/4 from the 2 LP set The vegas years from 1978.
the sound on these original LP's is very good for an audience recording;

all tracks are to be found on several more import LP's and CD's in lesser quality.

the LP Seasons greetings was original a radio promotonal LP for the broadcast on 3 dec. 1967 with all RCA - recordings for radio stations; the rarity is the message at the end.

no recording date of the message is known

I have no idea about the sound because when it's taken from a counterfeit LP it lost quality.

I think that when it was released it was quite a surprising cd with some rare live songs at the time. I don't have it so I can't comment on the sound either.
