The CD with the rehearsels is not complete.
The Fort Baxter release was taken from 4 reference tapes (in the RCA vaults). These 4 reference tapes from the 24 july 1970 rehearsel were made from at least two or more tapes recorded during the rehearsels. The order on the CD is not the order the songs were rehearsed and recorded:
Don't cry daddy (CD 1 -10) was recorded after Suspious minds and inserted after track 9; Heart of Rome was recorded after Don't cry daddy # 2.
Some songs like Can't help falling in love are missing.
Tomorrow never comes - I washed my hand in muddy water have a fade-in; other songs on CD 2 have missing dialogue - intro between tracks.
Maybe they are from another rehearsel on the same day or the previous day.
This explains the distortion - sound quality on CD 2: it was taken from several tape-sources to compile the reference tape.

The line up is:
1 till 14 – That’s all right till Just pretend
15 – Sweet Caroline
16 – Words
17 – Suspicious minds
18 – Don't cry daddy = reprise (inserted after the first Don't cry daddy on the reference tape)
19 – Heart of Rome = inserted on another spot
20 – Can't help falling in love = not included
Here ends the original tape.

On the reference tape contined with the well-known songs (CD 2).

Other songs from the rehearsel(s): Love me tender - Mystery train - You've lost that lovin'feelin' etc but there's no paperwork only a description.
