I have a 1973 original standup of Elvis.
this is the standup they use for the Alhoa from hawaii lp.

i got it put up for now, but this is very nice standup.

it's not mint but very good shape.

i dont know how much its worth.
but this is a keeper this thing is getting header to fine.

if you look at your aloha cd upgread version and behind the A thats the standup
i have.

I think I know the "Aloha" standup. If it's the one I have in mind, it's a great looking one! Nice to have in your collection Curtis! I don't think I've ever seen a '68 standup... However, here's a link to a shop that offers several Elvis standups:

They do have a '68 standup of Elvis in his black leather from the special. I've seen a few on Ebay in the past and the price they went for was pretty high, just like the aloha standup. I have a collectibles price guide, can't find it right now though, that tells what lps and memorabilia is worth. I know I've saw the going price for the aloha standup but it's been awhile since I read through it

I have the 68 standup, i can't keep it up couse my dogs bark at it all the time when they come into the livingroom, where i put it up.

The older ones can be expensive, like the aloha stand up the 68 special stand up. The new ones are pretty cheap compared to the ones mentioned, lol

I have got footage of a couple of fans Elvis rooms and they have the '68 stand up. I just wish I knew of a program I could use to take a capture of it for ya Lorraine [img]style_emoticons/default/smile.gif[/img] I am sure the ladies would really want it, if memory serves me right, it just has Elvis standing there in his leather outfit with his hand on his hip

I dont really remember how much i payed for my Elvis 73 standup,
but all i know it was a good price for this one,
and mine is a use copy and not a mint copy but it is a very good copy that i own,
and i am glad to get it.

It would go well with the poster I have of elvis wearing the suit that he wore in the Aloha from hawaii show. The only bad thing is the price is a bit too much for me.
